Each vendor row is resolved from its live Trust link: readiness is the signed percentage over assessed controls only, grade is the evidence tier (A capture, B hash-verified, C asserted), freshness states when the report last re-attested, and delta is the movement since the prior signed report. A vendor older than its cadence shows a STALE marker; a lapsed subscription shows LAPSED while staying verifiable. kolm maps findings to standards; it does not certify a vendor.
